A little more work than I thought and completely out of my comfort zone, but I got through the recipe, phew!
Here is the recipe for our scrumptious 49er dinner tonight! I must say mine turned out nothing like the picture in my cookbook of Giada making it, but all that matters is it tasted good, right?!?!?!
